Associate Project Management Executive (Mobility & Strategic Projects), Zalopay

We are looking for a motivated Junior PMO Associate to join our team and support the development and execution of strategic initiatives. You will play a versatile role in exploring new growth opportunities for our category through product development.

Key responsibilities

• Support the line manager in conducting market research and analyzing target user segments and market dynamics to inform product development strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Account, Tech, Design, Operations) to design development roadmaps, define key components, and map user touchpoints.
• Track project timelines, requirements, and deliverables to ensure smooth and timely execution of initiatives.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement growth strategies that drive user adoption and engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare bi-weekly/monthly reports, identify implementation gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experiences in FinTech, Delivery platforms or Super-apps, preferably in a fast-pace environment.
• Product-led growth mindset, curious about user’s behavior, product propositions, and able to translate insights into ideas/recommendation for product development.
• Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects/tasks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to coordinate across teams and influence stakeholders at different levels.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a strong bias for action and focus on delivery.
