Growth Marketing Executive (Fixed Deposit), Zalopay

Financial Services team is under Commercial growth team, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement through creative marketing strategies and out-app communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate market conditions on a regular basis to identify emerging trends, to provide learning to suggest new potential digital marketing tactics to improve Growth Marketing activities​
• Leverage and optimize various kinds of Growth Marketing activities and incentives to drive user acquisition and engagement
• Own the relationship with Business Owner and other marketing functions (Product, Data, Design…) to ensure execution and secure the support needed
• Manage budget of promotion cost and media mix that best suits business objectives
• Perform data monitoring and analysis daily / weekly and provide recommendations based on consumer insights
• And other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

• Bachelor's Degree, at least 1 year working experience in the e-commerce industry; at least 1 year of marketing operations experience or experience working in marketing/media agencies is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Data-driven and motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ownership, commitment, accountability, and responsibility for business objectives.
• Self-learner, a results-oriented mindset and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure
