We are seeking a versatile Data Analyst proficient in Python, with a solid foundation in machine learning using PySpark. This role requires adaptability to switch between tasks swiftly, manipulate data to create and maintain dashboards/reports, use ML models to detect and extract actionable insights for stakeholders, and adapt to internal AI tool implementations.

What will you do? 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product and its features to perform effective analysis. 
  • Understand and effectively communicate business requirements to determine stakeholders’ analytical needs. Conduct in‑depth analysis and provide valuable insights based on business objectives, utilizing various techniques such as user segmentation, graph analysis, and predictive modeling… Develop data transformations, data cleansing, and data aggregation tasks. 
  • Build and maintain dashboards for stakeholders to provide visibility into key metrics and efficiency patterns. 
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems.

Yêu cầu

  • 2-3 years of experience as a hands-on analyst in a tech/product company.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Econometrics, or a relevant field of study.
  • Knowledge of Hadoop programming environments (e.g., Spark), Deep Learning Framework (Pytorch, Tensorflow), MLlib Spark, Graph KNN…
  • Strong experience in handling large-scale unstructured data. Experience in Python or other data handling tools, as well as the ability to learn more advanced data.
  • Business intelligence experience using tools such as Tableau/Power BI..
  • Fast-learner, versa knowledge of consulting methodologies/framework is a plus.
