We are looking for a Data Scientist with 2–3 years of experience who is passionate about leveraging data to solve real-world business problems. This role will focus on applying machine learning (ML) and AI techniques to production system in fintech and payments. 

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in statistics, machine learning basics, and programming (Python/SQL), with the ability to work with large datasets. The candidate should have a strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and programming, with exposure to deploying ML/AI models into production environments.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand business problems and design ML/AI-driven solutions.
  • Collect, preprocess, and transform data for model training and evaluation.
  • Build and validate ML/AI models (classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, NLP, etc.).
  • Support deployment of ML/AI solutions into production systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and retrain deployed models to maintain accuracy over time.
  • Contribute to building end-to-end ML pipelines (from data ingestion to serving predictions via APIs).
  • Document methodologies and communicate results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist in A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate new product or feature changes.

Yêu cầu

Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in a data-focused role (Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or related).
  • Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn; bonus if PySpark).
  • Good knowledge of SQL for querying large datasets.
  • Solid understanding of statistics (hypothesis testing, regression, probability theory).
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques (supervised, unsupervised, and basic deep learning).
  • Exposure to ML deployment concepts (model serving via APIs, batch/stream inference, CI/CD for ML).
  • Familiarity with AI applications in fintech or payment data is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
