Mô tả công việc

  • Build and run backend microservices that enable marketers and product managers to personalize user experiences for acquisition and engagement—leveraging gamification, in-app notifications, SMS, and beyond.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable systems from concept to production.
  • Apply and advocate best practices in service reliability, observability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Participate in live operations, monitoring system health, and resolving production issues with speed and care.
  • Conduct thoughtful code reviews and provide mentorship to fellow engineers.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a backend or fullstack engineer.
  • Proficiency in Go; familiarity with TypeScript or similar languages is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Experience with RESTful/gRPC APIs and integrating with mobile/web platforms.
  • Familiar with message queues such as Kafka.
  • Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
  • Familiarity with shift-left testing: writing unit, integration, and load tests.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Comfortable owning the reliability and operational health of services.

Nice to have
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (ArgoCD, GitLab CI).
  • Experience with real-time or streaming data processing.
  • Exposure to full stack development with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React).
  • Experience working on streaming processing systems.
