Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams to relay player concerns and follow up on resolutions.
  • Respond to and resolve VIP player issues in a timely manner through online channels, maintain strong relationships with VIP players, and enhance their overall satisfaction.
  • Gather and organize player feedback for review by senior staff or relevant departments.
  • Track, update, and maintain records of service requests in customer service systems or reports.
  • Prepare simple reports, maintain documentation, and update customer service materials.
  • Support community engagement activities when needed, ensuring a positive player experience.
  • Escalate urgent or high-impact issues to supervisors promptly.

Yêu cầu

  • College or Bachelor’s degree; fields such as English, International Business, or a related field. 
  • Proactive in taking ownership of tasks and delivering results. 
  • Highly service-oriented, responsible, detail-minded, and patient.
  • Strong skills in task/project management, time management, and cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Familiarity with gaming market trends and the mobile product lifecycle is a plus. 
  • English proficiency (TOEIC 600+); Chinese is a plus.
