Senior Frontend Engineer

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at VNGGames, you will take end-to-end ownership of the frontend architecture and delivery for our Club Platform – the backbone of rewards, tiers, and benefits serving millions of gamers across regions. Beyond writing code, you will drive technical decisions, mentor peers, and ensure our platform is scalable, performant, and player-centric.
This platform is not just about points and tiers: it brings together multiple services including VNGGames Club (tiers & benefits), Giftcode, Gift, and CRM into one seamless experience for players.
You will work closely with Product, Design, and Backend leaders to define the technical direction, and with multiple game teams to ensure seamless integration of loyalty services across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and global performance.
• Build high-traffic, transaction-heavy web applications using React.js/Next.js with SSR/ISR/SSG.
• Establish and enforce frontend best practices (clean architecture, modular design, testing strategy, accessibility, security).
• Drive Micro-Frontend adoption and modular platform design to support multi-region, multi-game loyalty features.
• Perform deep code reviews, performance audits, and proactively optimize frontend pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product roadmap and technical strategy.
• Act as a mentor for junior/mid engineers, raising the overall bar of the frontend team.
