Associate Analytics Engineer, Business Operations

Seeking an Analytics Data Engineer to build and optimize data pipelines, ensure data quality, and deliver reliable revenue analytics to support business decisions in the finance domain.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and design appropriate solutions.
• Analyze, design, and implement ETL processes into reporting databases and data warehouses according to business needs.
• Develop monitoring and optimization techniques to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot reports and related data pipelines.

• 1+ year of experience as an Analytics Data Engineer.
  
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience across databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle.
• Familiarity with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and workflow orchestration tools (Airflow).
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing and Lakehouse concepts.
• Experience in designing and developing reports with BI tools is a plus.
• Working knowledge of business analysis and translating requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
