Mô tả công việc

  • Contribute to the growth of the Game Publishing Platform – tools and products that enable efficient game publishing and operations
  • Support Product Managers in gathering requirements, validating solutions, and capturing feedback from game operations teams, publishers, and other stakeholders
  • Write Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) that clearly define platform features
  • Create wireframes using Figma to visualize platform workflows, dashboards, and user interfaces
  • Write user stories and UAT criteria to ensure platform features deliver maximum efficiency for game publishing and operations
  • Utilize Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation throughout the product development process
  • Join sprint planning, reviews, and cross-functional discussions, learning how world-class publishing platforms are built
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support testing activities to ensure platform features meet operational needs before release
  • Bonus: Leverage basic software knowledge and SQL skills to analyze platform usage data and make data-driven product decisions. 

Yêu cầu

  • Passionate about product management & how products are built from concept to launch
  • Understanding Scrum Agile methodology and how product development works in sprints
  • Basic technical knowledge of software development concepts (Frontend, Backend, API, databases, etc.)
  • Proficient in using Figma at a basic level to create wireframes and interface mockups
  • Ability to create basic diagrams: User Flow, Sequence Diagrams
  • Able to write clear, well-structured documents and present ideas to the team logically
  • Analytical thinker, curious explorer, collaborative, and ready to embrace challenges
  • Strong ownership mindset – you treat the product as your own and stay curious about how it can better serve game publishing and operation
