1. Client and Project Leadership (Deployment)
  • Lead System Deployment: Drive end-to-end technical deployment of our core platform/software into client production environments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and adhere to best practices.
  • Technical Consulting: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, translating complex technical requirements and architectural diagrams into practical implementation plans.
  • Customization and Integration: Design and implement necessary system configurations, customizations, and integrations with client existing infrastructure (e.g., APIs, databases, authentication systems).
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during the deployment lifecycle, escalating to development teams when necessary.
2. Client Support & Relationship Management
  • Post-Deployment Support: Provide expert-level technical support, investigation, and resolution for critical issues post-go-live, focusing on system stability and performance optimization.
  • Training & Handoff: Develop and deliver comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks, and training sessions for client technical teams to ensure successful system ownership.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and synthesize client feedback on system performance, feature gaps, and pain points to inform and influence the product development roadmap.
3. Technical Expertise & Mentorship
  • Code/Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts, configuration files, and tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible) to streamline the deployment process.
  • Environment Expertise: Maintain deep technical knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and database technologies relevant to our system.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers on deployment best practices, troubleshooting methodologies, and client communication skills.

Yêu cầu

Technical Skills
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Senior Support Engineer, Deployment Engineer, or Professional Services Consultant.
  • Proven expertise in deploying and managing complex SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Microservices systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Windows Server administration, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python preferred) for automation and tooling.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, database systems (SQL/NoSQL), and API integration (REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies (CI/CD, Git, Terraform/Ansible).
Soft Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain highly technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent deployments.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex troubleshooting under tight deadlines.
  • A client-first mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience in a consulting or professional services organization.
  • Certifications relevant to our core technology (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Kubernetes CKA/CKAD).
  • Experience writing technical proposals or Statements of Work (SOWs).
