Growth Strategy & Campaigns

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote gaming and digital content services.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to proactively adjust strategies.
• Align all marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and growth targets.

Campaign Development and Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and monitor user acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns across paid media, CRM, lifecycle, and in-app channels.
• Manage end-to-end execution to ensure consistent performance and messaging.

Data-driven Performance

• Analyze funnel performance, conduct A/B tests, and track key growth metrics (GMV, ARPU, LTV, ROI).
• Generate clear and concise performance reports with insights and recommendations to maximize engagement and ROI.
• Present findings and growth opportunities to stakeholders including Product, Tech, and Business teams.

Partnerships and Collaborations

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive joint growth initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with partners to align marketing efforts and share performance insights.

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing/Growth (preferably in Gaming, Fintech, or Entertainment).
• Strong understanding of user funnels, KPI management, and budget optimization.
• Data-driven mindset: proactive, analytical, and aggressive toward achieving growth targets.
• Problem-solving attitude: curious, persistent, and motivated by results.
• Refuse to settle for mediocrity; constantly challenge status quo.
