VNGGames Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) department is responsible for managing and planning all financial activities of VNGGames. This includes financial planning, performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, strategic decision support as well as process improvement.

FPA ensures accurate financial reporting, provides insights for informed decision-making, effective resource allocation and maximize financial outcomes to support the VNGGames business strategies and objectives.
 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FP&A Executive to join the FPA department at VNGGames. In this role, you will partner closely with the business and support departments to execute and oversee the operational and financial activities, ensuring financial discipline, data-driven decision making, and alignment with Business Unit Objectives to drive overall efficiency and performance. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review and approve spending requests from business teams, ensure compliance with Company and Business Unit policies, approval rules, and budget control framework 
  • Work closely with the assigned department to monitor their budget usage, analyze performance, and provide recommend actions to enhance both operational and financial efficiency
  • Perform the FP&A role for the assigned departments, covering budgeting, forecasting, performance review at both product and department levels, and develop financial models and analytical reports to support data-driven decision-making. 
  • Support the manager in reviewing operations, new projects, and business initiatives from FPA perspective, ensuring strategic alignment and sound financial assessment. 
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to the quality and timeliness of reports and deliverables, showing flexibility to take on new tasks, and fostering partnership with stakeholders to enhance overall team performance.

Yêu cầu

Must Have Requirements:
  • University graduate with at least 3 years of work experience in Finance/Auditing 
  • Excellent understanding of financial management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen 
  • High integrity, self-motivated, team work and capable of working under pressure while adapting to rapidly changing business needs. 
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese. 
Nice to Have: 
  • FP&A or FBP experience in the gaming and ecommerce industry, Big 4 auditing is an advantage. 
  • Familiar with financial analysis, reporting, and data management through BI analytic tools
  • CMA, ACCA, or CPA certifications are a plus
