The Role

Are you obsessed with the latest trends in female-oriented games and entertainment? Do you spend hours browsing Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, or Weibo discovering new aesthetics, story tropes, and character designs? If so, this is the perfect role for you! 

As a Content Intern, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, diving deep into the vibrant digital ecosystems of China and Southeast Asia. Your primary mission is to research, analyze, and translate emerging trends into actionable insights that will shape our content strategy and captivate our audience. 

Key Responsibilities:

Trend & Market Research: 
  • Conduct in-depth research on Chinese social media platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Douyin, Weibo) to identify emerging trends in art, storytelling, character archetypes, and player preferences. 
  • Monitor SEA social media and gaming communities to understand regional nuances and player behavior. 
  • Analyze successful competitor games and content strategies within the female-oriented genre. 

Content Development Support: 
  • Assist the content team in brainstorming creative ideas for in-game events, social media campaigns, and marketing materials. 
  • Help translate research findings into compelling content proposals, including mood boards, briefs, and presentation decks. 
  • Participate in creative meetings and contribute fresh, "out-of-the-box" ideas. 

Content Creation & Localization: 

  • Support the creation of engaging social media posts, blog articles, or community updates. 
  • Assist in proofreading and ensuring content is culturally appropriate and resonant for the SEA audience.

Yêu cầu

  • A passionate Gamer & Trend Hunter: A genuine interest and basic understanding of female-oriented games (Otome, Dress-up, Simulation, etc.) is a must.
  • Research Savvy (Especially Chinese Platforms): Demonstrated experience and comfort in navigating and researching on Chinese social media (Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, etc.). This is a key requirement.
  • Strong Language Skills: Excellent command of English (written and verbal). Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a huge plus for researching primary sources.
  • Creative & Open Minded: You have a creative mindset, a keen eye for aesthetics, and are eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Content Understanding: Familiarity with fundamental content principles, such as understanding target audiences, tone of voice, and different content formats.
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit.
