Associate Data Analyst, Zalopay

RoleWe are looking for a versatile Data Analyst proficient in Python, with a solid foundation in PySpark. This role requires adaptability to swiftly switch between tasks, manipulate data to create and maintain dashboards and reports, and deliver insightful visualizations and findings to stakeholders. Your contributions will directly enhance the decision-making processes of stakeholders within ZaloPay.

What you will do:

• Develop a deep understanding of the product and its features to effectively analyze.
• Understand and effectively communicate business requirements to determine the analytical needs of stakeholders.
• Develop data transformations, data cleansing, and data aggregation tasks.
• Build & maintain dashboards for all stakeholders to provide visibility of key metrics, and patterns efficiency.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and provide valuable insights based on business needs, utilizing various techniques such as A/B testing to measure the performance of product launches and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems.
