  • At Zalopay, At Zalopay, the Global Payment team is a strategic and major product group within the Commercial Growth department — a key driver behind Zalopay’s expansion into the world of cross-border payments. We power access to essential global services like the App Store, Google Play, Traveloka, and more. This is where you jump in — shaping how millions of users connect and transact beyond borders.

To deliver such feats, we base our findings on data, complement with creative takes, implement excellent execution to tackle barriers and cracking our cases.

What you will do:

Growth marketing (40%) - Utilize everything you can to grow key metrics for success

  • Intelligence: Conduct throughout research under different angles and factors that may impact desired results - from market landscape, competitors, industry movement, customer behaviors, and so on. Most importantly, look beyond the numbers and understand what they mean, translate them into actionables
  • Product: Understand user - product dynamics, analyze possible blockers and minimize friction on the user's journey. Propose winning initiatives that improve overall experience and provide marketing / customer view where applicable
  • Planning: Anticipate opportunities and develop action plans to make it happen. Devise tracking methods to evaluate and compose coherent reports. Occasionally come up with ground breaking ideas that would challenge the status quo (optional)
  • Succeed together: Work closely with internal resources, understand how to win together and streamline deliverables where possible. Pitch great persuasive ideas and communicate effectively to foreign business partners
  • Growth marketing: Tackle the whole users funnel - conquering from acquisition to activation, and get our users to stay with us

Communications (30%)  - Capture audience, engage users, win customers. 

  • Understandings: See further than users behavior, understand the underlying psychological drive and discover meaningful insights to business. Especially in the mobile gaming industry or apps like Arena of Valor, PUBG, Capcut, ChatGPT,... - most important, deep dive into the gamers community and find out what’s the current buzz and determine key occasion to serve
  • Execution: Build and execute comprehensive communication plans that are both attention-catching and consistent with our brand image. Balance the tone of business and the voice of gamers, stay relevant
  • Creation: Produce necessary assets with emphasis on the end users - always question on how our customer would react to the visuals, the prompts,... . Possibly creating the next viral thing (optional)

Operation (30%)  - Make it happen. 

  • Own & enhance the in-app traffic via internal touchpoints (banners, notifications, messages, user flows, etc.) 
  • Monitor efficient operations of campaigns, promotional systems, communication channels, media mix, growth performance and budget management. 
  • Identify and resolve challenges fast that arise during the execution of initiatives/campaigns.
  • Plan the in-app promotion strategy & execution to ensure visibilities & conversions.
  • Proceed procedural paperwork where necessary

Yêu cầu

  • Graduates majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the Growth / Marketing field (Game and Community marketing is a plus).
  • Proactive in work and communication with critical thinking
  • Trendsetter or trend-sensor, in tune with the community
  • Good sense of arts and creativity, more importantly, how it would impact in translating business message to our customers
  • HCMC Based.
