We are looking for a talented engineer to contribute to the development of pioneering financial products such as Buy Now Pay Later, Installment, and Cash Loan. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on Golang, and a commitment to delivering scalable, top-tier financial solutions.

Responsibility

(What you will do)

  • Design, develop, and maintain Golang-based applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and conventions
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Contribute to process improvements and initiatives aimed at enhancing team productivity and efficiency
Requirement
(What you will need)
  • At least 3 years of software development experience
  • Provable proficiency in Go programming
  • Have experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), good understanding how to optimize database in a large system
  • Have experience with distributed caching such as Redis, distributed event streaming platforms such as Kafka
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with application performance monitoring and optimization
  • Experience Test code implementation (Unit Test, Automation Test, E2E Test)
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and related technologies for CI/CD (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience in the payment industry
  • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a high-pressure environment
Nice to have: 
  • Hands-on experience building web UIs with modern JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS)
  • Knowledge of state-management patterns and libraries (Redux, Vuex, Zustand, etc.)
  • Familiarity with frontend build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Rollup)
  • Basic understanding of browser performance optimization and debugging (Chrome DevTools)
