At VNGGames, we believe that behind every legendary game are passionate people who dare to dream, create, and play.

Now, we’re looking for an Employer Branding Manager — a storyteller who can bring that spirit to life and make VNGGames the place gaming talent wants to join and proudly stay.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with Business, HR, and Marketing teams to translate our culture, vision, and strategy into powerful narratives.
  • Lead integrated campaigns that tell authentic stories about our people, teams, and achievements — across digital, social, events, and internal channels.
  • Create data-driven insights to measure brand impact and continuously improve candidate and employee experiences.
  • Shape the voice and tone of VNGGames’ talent brand, ensuring consistency and emotional connection in every touchpoint.

Yêu cầu

  • 6–10 years of experience in Employer Branding, Employee Engagement & Communications (preferably in tech, gaming, or creative industries).
  • Strong storytelling skills and a sharp eye for content that feels human and real.
  • Experience managing campaigns, social channels, or partnerships that boost brand visibility.
  • A creative mind who loves to experiment — and isn’t afraid to break the “corporate” mold.
  • Passion for gaming or entertainment culture — you understand how communities form and what keeps them engaged.
