Senior Partnership & Growth Strategy Executive (Mobility Services), Zalopay

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Partnership & Growth Strategy (Mobility Services) to drive strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization for mobility services within Zalopay—including the ride-hailing strategic partners & in-app mobility product initiatives to deliver aggressive user growth targets.
This role operates at the intersection of fintech, mobility, and consumer marketing, turning insights from Zalopay’s ecosystem, market trends, and user behaviors into actionable strategies and high-impact campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Data, Partnerships, Operations) and external mobility partners to shape how users move and pay every day.
You are a strong fit if you understand mobility business levers and fintech growth mechanics.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Insights
- Daily performance monitoring to translate business insights into actionable marketing and product strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging consumer trends.
- Develop analysis frameworks and data models for strategic business decision-making.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and merchant strategy.
- Collaborate with Growth MKT team to define campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, timelines, and success KPIs.
- Synergy with Growth MKT team to oversee creative briefing, media planning, and communication flow across channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
Performance & Reporting
- Consolidate campaign reports, track performance against KPIs, and generate post-campaign evaluations to extract learnings and best practices.
- Work closely with Data team to evaluate campaign ROI and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a liaison between marketing, product, and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and timely delivery.
- Support strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives by coordinating campaign assets and tracking outcomes.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, marketing strategy, campaign management, or business planning (experience in tech, fintech, e-commerce, ride-hailing is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and familiarity with data analytics or BI tools
