Zalopay is looking for a passionate and creative Employer Branding Executive to strengthen our company’s brand presence - both externally and internally. This role drives initiatives that enhance our reputation as an employer of choice and foster a engaged, connected, inspired workforce. You will plan and execute communication campaigns, develop brand content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our employer story to life.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute the annual employer branding communication plan aligned with talent acquisition and company strategy.
  • Create and manage high-quality, engaging content for social media, and other external platforms.
  • Build partnerships with universities, industry communities, youth clubs and media for brand exposure.
  • Analyze campaign results, track social performance metrics, and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Research trends in employer branding, digital communication, and candidate engagement.

Internal Communications

  • Develop internal communication strategies and campaigns to promote company culture, values, and initiatives.
  • Create internal content (emails, newsletters, intranet posts, videos, events) that keep employees informed and inspired.
  • Support communication for key company events (town halls, engagement activities, CSR, recognition programs).
  • Partner with HR and leadership to ensure employee messages are consistent, timely, and impactful.
  • Collect feedback and insights to improve employee engagement communication.

Employee Engagement

  • Co-develop and execute engagement programs and activities that enhance employee connection and belonging (events, recognition, CSR, well-being initiatives).
  • Gather employee insights and feedback to improve engagement programs and communication.
  • Capture and share stories that celebrate teams, achievements, and company culture.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, or Marketing.
  • Excellent English writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
  • Proven experience managing social media channels and content creation.
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, AI content tools, and analytics platforms.
