We are looking for a Senior Product Management Executive to lead core product experiences within Level Up. Level Up is VNGGames’ unified game launcher and player hub, built to gather our fragmented player base, elevate cross-game engagement, and become the leading game distribution platform in SEA. This role sits at the center of engineering, design, data, publishing, and Game Studio teams.
  • Define and drive strategy for high-impact product areas such as search & discovery, social feature, player identity, and cross-game engagement.
  • Translate business goals into clear PRDs, KPIs, and roadmaps
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery across discovery → delivery → operations
  • Use data deeply: event tracking, funnel analysis, experiments, segmentation
  • Collaborate with game publishing teams to integrate features, events, and content into Level Up
  • Partner with functional teams to deliver product outcomes.

Yêu cầu

  • 5+ years of product management experience in gaming, consumer apps, or platform ecosystems
  • Strong discovery thinking: customer problems, hypothesis framing, experiment design
  • Strong delivery discipline: writing PRDs, managing sprints, aligning stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data (SQL, dashboards, analytics tools)
  • Experience with large-scale user bases or multi-product ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment
  • Proven ownership and execution in ambiguous environments
Nice to Have
  • Experience with launchers, app stores, or mini-app platforms
  • Technical background or architectural understanding
  • Passion for games and player experience
