- Organize acquisition marketing campaigns across multiple channels and manage relationships with external partners

- Monitor campaign performance indicators to identify profitable ones

- Optimize marketing assets such as videos, images, texts, and test them to identify the most effective ones for different campaigns

- Responsible for collating data, can analyze and summarize data to optimize ROAS or LTV.

- Report for UA channels following monthly, quarterly & yearly.

- 1 year experience in managing mobile game user acquisition campaigns across viable channels including ad networks, social and emerging technology.

- Skill in Research & making creative for User acquisition campaigns: video, banner, playable ads.

- Skill Research Gaming Market for SEA.

- Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams.

- Excellent negotiation skills.

- Be able to work with teams across different geographies and time zones.

- Familiarity with or experience in playing RPG, CBG, TBS, and Racing Esport games is a strong advantage.
