Associate Product Owner (Mobility & 3PL Products), Zalopay

We are looking for an Associate Product Owner who will eventually take full ownership of Mobility and 3PL products – from idea to launch and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and operations across the product lifecycle, ensuring our solutions meet both customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, tech, marketing and design teams to deliver high-quality features aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
• Take ownership of feature delivery: write clear product requirements (PRD/specs), verify output and support UAT.
• Analyze user data, product performance, and behavioral insights to inform decisions and optimize product features.
• Run A/B tests and research to validate hypotheses and guide product iterations.
• Track and monitor product KPIs post-release and suggest improvements to enhance user engagement and product value.
• Act as the voice of the customer and maintain a user-first mindset across all product decisions.

Requirement

• 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in product management, especially with digital/mobile products.
• Graduated from Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or related fields, demonstrating a solid technical knowledge base is a plus
• Solid analytical thinking with experience in data analysis tools and the ability to define meaningful product metrics.
• Strong business mindset - able to prioritize based on impact, manage trade-offs, and drive for results.
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices, able to collaborate with design teams and build wireframes or prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills - clear, structured, and transparent across both verbal and written forms,
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and comfortable working in fast-paced development cycles.
