Business Development Manager role is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing publishing partnerships with Korean game developers. 

This role ensures seamless collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to bring high-potential titles into Taiwan, Vietnam and the broader Southeast Asian market. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue publishing partnerships with Korean game developers. 
  • Conduct market research, source game titles, and perform competitor analysis. 
  • Provide end-to-end support for proposals, contracts, and execution for developers aiming to enter the Vietnam and Southeast Asian markets. 
  • Communicate and coordinate work with the HQ and publishing teams in various countries. 
  • Assist the Country Manager with administrative support and office operations (including simple management tasks).

Yêu cầu

  • 5+ years of experience in the gaming or IT industry (in Business Development, Publishing, Strategy, PM, etc.). 
  • Understanding of the Korean gaming market and trends. · Global communication skills (English is a must). 
  • Ability to adapt flexibly to a startup environment and autonomously drive tasks. 
Preferred Skills:
  • Business Development experience at a game publisher or developer. 
  • Understanding of the Southeast Asian market or related work experience, or experience in the Japanese market. 
  • Experience in global game launch projects.
