Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Ads) - 50%
  • Set up and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, and budget management; provide insights and adjust targeting or creatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop A/B test ad copy and visuals.
SEO – 30%
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix crawl issues, indexing errors, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Optimize on-page elements such as site architecture, internal linking, and metadata to improve visibility and ranking.
  • Work closely with developers to implement on-page SEO best practices and resolve technical blockers.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
  • Assist in content strategy development to enhance organic visibility and traffic growth.
Social Media Marketing – 20%
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Monitor engagement, track trends, and provide performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the other teams for timely social media campaigns and updates. 

Yêu cầu

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with exposure to both performance and SEO channels.
  • Experience working in a B2B or SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Comfortable using SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and dashboarding or reporting tools.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for SEO troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms like Strapi, WordPress, or similar.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
  • Stay current on search algorithm updates and digital marketing trends.
