Role Summary

We’re hiring a Senior Game Designer to own systems, economy, and UX-driven feature design for a hybrid-casual mobile game. You will improve late retention (D7–D30) and feature adoption on a live product while contributing to a new prototype. You’ll work closely with engineering, UI/UX, art, QA, data, and UA, using data and market benchmarks to guide iteration.

 

What you’ll do

·       Design and ship features end-to-end for live and prototype projects (spec → implementation support → tuning → iteration).

·       Build and tune meta-progression, economy, and balancing (rewards, costs, sinks/sources, pacing).

·       Create clear UX flows and collaborate with UI/UX to keep goals and progression easy to understand.

·       Use analytics (Firebase/AppsFlyer) to diagnose issues and drive improvements in retention and adoption.

·       Benchmark competitor games and translate insights into practical, shippable features/prototypes.

Yêu cầu

Requirements

·       3–5 years mobile F2P game design experience.

·       Shipped at least one F2P mobile game; strong ownership in systems/economy/feature design.

·       Strong economy/balancing and player psychology understanding.

·       Data mindset: can read product metrics and convert into design actions.

·       Clear communication and collaboration in a fast, lean environment.

·       Vietnamese fluent; English reading well.

·       Portfolio (required)

o   Shipped games list + your role

o   Example(s) of economy/balancing work (sanitized)

o   Feature spec/flow examples

o   Post-launch iteration case (before/after outcomes preferred)

Nice to have

·       Hybrid monetization experience (Ads + IAP) and subscription design/testing experience.

·       Live ops experience (light weekly events).

·       Self-developed shipped game(s).
