We are looking for a backend developer (Golang/Java) to join our development team in the Information Technology Department (IT). Our mission is to foster digital transformation in businesses toward better efficiency and productivity. Your work will have extensive experience in Java development, building scalable and high-performance backend systems. You will be crucial in designing, developing, and optimizing backend services, ensuring robustness, security, and efficiency.

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Golang/Java and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end, mobile developers, systems, and designers, to deliver integrated and efficient solutions.
  • Optimize and improve the performance of backend systems.
  • Ensure security and data protection best practices.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Yêu cầu

Required skills and qualification

  • You gained a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in backend development using Golang/Java.
  • Strong knowledge of Golang, GORM and Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, Microservices Architecture.
  • Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Experience with caching mechanisms such as Redis.
  • Knowledge of authentication and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have:

  • Interest in AI and willingness to explore applying AI solutions into projects or daily work.
  • Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with AI, AI Agents, or AI Workflow/Automation tools (e.g., LLM-based systems, chatbots, workflow automation such as n8n, Temporal, or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of how AI can be integrated into backend systems to automate workflows, improve productivity, or enhance user experience is a plus.
