We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist who will help define how our people grow, how our managers lead, and how our culture of excellence stays sharp. Your mission is to close critical talent gaps by translating growth priorities into practical, day-to-day development that drives performance. 

This role is ideal for someone who values substance over fluff - a practical, pragmatic builder who prioritizes measurable performance impact over activity. 

Your Impact 

1. Career growth & development direction

  • Help define and maintain clear growth expectations by role and level, including key skills, behaviors, and development focus
  • Translate complex competency frameworks into simple, actionable guidance that employees use to navigate their careers
  • Ensure development efforts stay aligned with the pulse of the business and address real-time talent gaps

2. Empowering the managers

  • Equip managers with the toolkit to lead: Create high-utility guides for feedback, development coaching, and growth planning
  • Design and execute high-stakes learning initiatives (internal/external) with clear goals and audiences
  • Partner with HRBPs to weave development into the moments that matter - from first-time manager transitions to talent reviews

3. Driving continuous evolution

  • Define and track practical indicators to assess the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives 
  • Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve, refine, or discontinue initiatives as needed
  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations to HR leadership on what to scale, adjust, or reconsider

Yêu cầu

What you bring

  • 5+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development or related HR roles
  • A proven track record of designing manager tools and development programs
  • Experience with e-learning platforms is a strong plus
  • Ability to turn broad development ideas into clear and practical tools
  • Structured, pragmatic and data-informed and feedback seeker, prioritize impact over activity
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills. You can turn "broad ideas" into "clear tools" effortlessly.
