About the Role

VNG's mission is to "Build technologies and grow people. From Vietnam to the world." The Employer Branding Department is part of what makes this mission visible - shaping how VNG's people experience its culture, understand its values, and tell its story from the inside out.

In this role, you will translate VNG's culture and EVP into compelling, channel-native narratives, lead signature employer brand programs and strategic partnerships that elevate our talent market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Culture & EVP Communication
  • Plan and communicate core values initiatives that bring VNG's cultural identity to life at group level, fostering shared cultural awareness and employee advocacy
  • Translate VNG's Employer Value Proposition into compelling, channel-native content (career site, fanpage, social media, and campus touchpoints, etc)
  • Craft impactful employer brand narratives and drive award submission plans to elevate VNG's external reputation and talent market positioning
Strategic Partnerships & Recruitment Communications
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with leading talent organizations across Vietnam and internationally to expand VNG's visibility
  • Lead end-to-end EB programs, from planning to execution and communications (community initiatives, alumni engagement, signature employer brand activations,...)
  • Partner with business units to deliver tailored key recruitment communications that support strategic hiring priorities
  • Co-create attractive candidate storytelling and collaborate with VNG EB team to position us as a compelling employer of choice on all touchpoints
Stakeholder Coordination & Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Orchestrate stakeholder alignment and ensuring seamless program delivery for the Culture & EVP workstream
  • Drive cross-functional projects at both team and department level, bridging Employer Branding with HR, and relevant departments and business units

Yêu cầu

  • 3–4 years of working experience in building corporate culture, internal communications, employer branding, corporate communications or a closely related field
  • Strong copywriting and content development skills in both Vietnamese and English
  • A genuine interest in culture, people, and organizational storytelling
  • Organized and detail-oriented: capable of juggling multiple ongoing workstreams without dropping threads or missing quality standards
  • Demonstrate Advancing Partnerships in practice: builds trusted working relationships across teams stakeholders
  • Embracing Challenges: Constantly look out for opportunities for improvement to maintain operational excellence
