The Roblox Experience Studio team is hiring an AI Automation Engineer to build AI-powered tools that help our teams work faster. You’ll create internal platforms that automate repetitive workflows and develop coding assistants that helAp engineers write and ship code more efficiently. 

What You’ll Do 
  • Build internal tools and platforms that automate day-to-day operations and development workflows. 
  • Build AI-driven data analysis workflows that help teams extract insights and make faster decisions. 
  • Create AI coding assistants that help developers write better code, faster.
  • Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into real internal products. Work with other teams to spot bottlenecks and build smart solutions.
  • Track how tools perform, gather feedback, and improve them over time.

Yêu cầu

Must-have: 
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in AI/ML.
  • Strong Python skills. Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), personal projects included. 
  • Solid understanding of prompt engineering and how to build on top of LLMs.
  • Self-starter who picks things up quickly.

Nice-to-have:
  • Comfortable with Git and agile workflows.
  • Curiosity about ML or NLP beyond just API calls.
