This role will be responsible for implementing product updates and operational plans for the local market, coordinating closely with partners and internal teams, monitoring product and content-related issues, and ensuring that tasks are followed through to completion. 

Responsibilities 
  • Implement product updates, operational plans, and local requirements for the gaming app in Vietnam. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regular coordination with partners and internal teams. 
  • Coordinate the submission and update of app builds and store information when required. 
  • Monitor product performance, user feedback, and operational issues, and coordinate follow-up actions. 
  • Track key operational tasks, timelines, pending items, and risks through completion. 
  • Monitor content and experiences on the platform and report or escalate potentially inappropriate or non-compliant content. 
  • Prepare regular updates and operational reports for the management team. 
  • Support improvements to operational workflows, checklists, and processes.

Yêu cầu

Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in app operations, game operations, product operations, or a related role. 
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks through completion. 
  • Good communication and coordination skills when working with partners and cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively to changing priorities. 
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required. 
  • Knowledge of gaming platforms and app store operations is a plus.
