Core Purpose
Build and nurture player communities, official and unofficial.

Keep players engaged, loyal and returning.

Scope of Work
Community programs
• Design and run community programs, engagement and reactivation initiatives.
• Monitor community health on an ongoing basis.

Channel ownership
• Own the official channels: Discord, WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok.
• Monitor partner-run and unofficial groups.

Team and feedback loop
• Manage the community collaborators.
• Escalate recurring sentiment themes to Product Operations.

Key Deliverables
• Community programs
• Engagement and reactivation campaigns
• Community health reporting
• Sentiment escalation to Product Ops


Yêu cầu

Experience
• Community management experience for a game or online product, running engagement and reactivation programs.
• Hands-on ownership of Discord, WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok channels.
• Some experience managing community collaborators or moderators.

Skills and knowledge
• Solid performance monitoring and data handling skills.
• Working knowledge of player insight, content planning, campaign operations and market research.
• Community health monitoring and sentiment reporting into product teams.
• Advantageous: online and offline tournament operations, and user research (FGD/IDI).

Delivery track record
• Results on engagement and community health leading to returning and retained users.

Other
• Native Bahasa Indonesia and strong local player culture knowledge.
