As an HR Creative & Media Intern, you will be part of the HR team, supporting internal communications and employee experience initiatives.

This role focuses on producing visual and media content for internal campaigns, events, and cultural activities across VNGGames.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design and development of visual materials for internal communications, HR campaigns, and company events (posters, banners, slides, social/internal posts).
  • Create and edit graphic designs using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Support video production for internal content and events, including basic filming and editing using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
  • Assist in on-site event support, including media setup, photo/video shooting, and content capture during events.
  • Support photo shooting and basic photo retouching for internal use (events, office activities, employee stories).
  • Apply consistent visual style aligned with internal branding and communication guidelines.
  • Keep up with design trends, media formats, and content styles suitable for internal communications
  • Support other creative or operational tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Yêu cầu


  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s/Master’s program related to Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or similar fields.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
  • Basic experience or strong interest in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Interest in photography and basic photo retouching is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
  • Willingness to support on-site activities and events when needed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in producing content for internal communications, events, or social media.
  • Interest in workplace culture, employee experience, or internal branding.
  • Portfolio or sample works (design, video, photo) is a strong plus.
