Mô tả công việc

  • Understand markets, competition, and customer/user requirements in depth to define plans and directions for future expansion/development of in-charged products.
  • Focus on user experience (UX) to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers.
  • Work closely with the Business team to formulate strategic insights and propose action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Strong data tracking mindset with proven ability to interpret dashboard and data, supporting product discovery and delivery evaluation of product outcome and business outcome.
  • Conduct periodic reports on the development progress and health of the responsible features/ products (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly).

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree and above, preferred in Business, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science
  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in product, engineering, and technology roles
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and proficient project management skills
  • A detail-oriented and data-driven approach
  • A keen eye for good product design
  • Proficient English (equivalent IELTS 6.5)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have experience working in tech companies, especially experimenting with e-payment, e-wallet, or relevant industry
  • Able to use data analysis tools and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio
