We are looking to fill a Payment Operations Executive role, meaning your workday will comprise Operations (Payments) related tasks. We are looking for a keen and energetic candidate, who is looking to either begin a career in the Financial Services industry or to build on any FX/Payments experience that you have previously gained in the industry.

Description
  • Check for accuracy and amend details on all incoming payments when required.
  • Monitor outgoing payments in our systems and prepare them for release when ready.
  • Confirm the accuracy of FX trades booked by our trading desk.
  • Review new application forms and enter customer information into our system.
  • Perform ad hoc sanction screening of payments and escalate any issues identified from the screening.
  • Review transaction monitoring alerts generated from the transaction monitoring system.
  • Follow established policies and procedures.
  • Carry out other administrative tasks, such as record-keeping of customer-related files, as required.
  • Face-to-face training, as well as remote training, will be provided.

Yêu cầu

  • A working understanding of foreign currencies
  • A working understanding of FX (Foreign Exchange)
  • Some experience with international payments is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Above-average attention to detail
  • Ability to concentrate for long periods
  • Ability to prioritize work tasks
  • Ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately
