We are looking for a talented software engineer to contribute to the development of pioneering financial products such as Buy Now Pay Later, Installment, and Cash Loan. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on Golang, and a commitment to delivering scalable, top-tier financial solutions

Responsibility (What you will do)
  • Planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
  • Contribute to process improvements and initiatives aimed at enhancing team productivity and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Fostering effective communication in a collaborative work environment

Yêu cầu

  • At least 6 years of software development experience 
  • Deep technical expertise, proven technical leadership, and technical influence across wide organizations 
  • Provable proficiency in Go programming 
  • Experience with building and operating highly scalable distributed systems and microservices 
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), distributed caching such as Redis, distributed event streaming platforms such as Kafka 
  • Hands-on experience with system design principles, patterns, and best practices at scale 
  • Experience Test code implementation (Unit Test, Automation Test, E2E Test) 
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies 
  • Experience in the payment industry (Optional)
  • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency in guiding and supporting team members through mentoring 
  • Able to work in a high-pressure environment
