The HR Business Partner for our game development studios is responsible for human resource strategy in support the studio business plan and its strategic direction for growth in the future, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, organizational and performance management as well as recruitment. The HR Business Partner provides game development studios insights by articulating HR needs and plans to the GMT

Responsibilities:

1. HR Partnership:
  • Work closely with managers to monitor and analyze their business Operation, workflows and business objectives.
  • Identify areas with potential for growth or setbacks based on a strong understanding of the business and current game market practices.
  • Propose solutions to address HR-related challenges, ensuring the HR function of dept aligns with the business expectation.

2. HR Performance Management:
  • Actively monitor and analyze HR performance metrics of dept to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Conduct performance reviews, including setting goals, regular check-ins, and reviewing goal alignments for each team. Address any misalignments in performance.
  • Understand the motivations, ambitions, and goals of internal stakeholders within the department, and guide them towards success that aligns with the studios' growth objectives.

3. HR Operations Management:
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and administration of departments.
  • Oversee the management of employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in each country.
  • Handle projects and ad-hoc assignments from upper management.

Yêu cầu

• Experience as a HR Business Partner preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Strong analytics and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze data and provide recommendation for actions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced and diversity environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English communication
