Associate Marketing Operations Executive, Zalopay

The Marketing Associate Executive (Operations) is responsible for supporting the Zalopay User Growth team in daily promotion management, data tracking and administrative work. The Associate Executive will be internally trained to be proficient in core technical tools required, such as basic data query, CRM management and campaign platforms. The Associate Executive will work closely with marketing project managers in the User Growth team on a daily basis to provide comprehensive support when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to daily marketing and user growth campaigns including but not limited to promotion set-up, data verification, basic analysis and contract / paperwork processing
• Work with internal product teams to coordinate technical set-up for promotion campaigns on a daily basis
• Work with internal creative team to prepare content and produce communication materials for marketing activations
• Support marketing communication (notifications, in-app messages) scheduling, performance tracking and daily optimisation
• Work with internal Business Intelligence team to execute basic data tracking and performance evaluation tasks
• Work with internal legal and finance teams to process contracts, official agreements and payment documents in a timely manner
• Support business teams in managing external media stakeholders on a daily basis
