You are a creative thinker with a passion for turning ideas into impactful campaigns. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, working cross-functionally to bring marketing initiatives to life. Zalopay is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our MKT team, supporting end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns that reach millions of users.


What you will do 

Content development (70%)

  • Develop and execute creative concepts and storytelling for marketing campaigns, targeting a wide range of Zalopay users. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to deliver effective in-app and out-of-app communication (e.g. banners, push notifications, social media, video scripts, etc.). 
  • Conceptualize and support idea development for collaborator/partner marketing initiatives. 
  • Actively catch and leverage trends on social media and pop culture to make Zalopay a trend-leading brand. 
  • Coordinate with designers, content writers, and production teams to ensure quality execution.

Growth Marketing (30%)

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to grow Money Transfer usage and drive user retention.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and other marketing functions to ensure campaign success and stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage and monitor budgets for promotions and media, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics regularly, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Take part in key projects and support new growth initiatives as assigned by your manager.

Yêu cầu

What you will need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech, fintech, or digital platforms. 
  • Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability. 
  • Passionate about social trends, memes, Gen Z culture, and digital communication. 
  • Experience with campaign execution and working with creative teams. 
  • Basic understanding of growth marketing and user lifecycle is a plus. 
  • Proactive, fast-learning, detail-oriented, and a team player.
