VNG is looking for a Brand Communications Specialist to become a key player in shaping our brand's narrative. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic communication plans, manage social media presence, and craft compelling content that connects with our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity and strong project management abilities.

Job Description:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategy to enhance VNG’s brand awareness, drive measurable business outcomes and engage target audiences across various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Craft a compelling brand content strategy aligned with VNG’s mission and values to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
  • Plan and implement integrated digital campaigns, leveraging audience insights and segmentation to drive engagement and amplify VNG’s brand message.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of corporate and employer branding activities, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, addressing issues proactively to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the brand communication team.
  • Stay updated on tech industry trends and competitor activities to ensure VNG’s brand communications remain relevant and impactful.

Yêu cầu

  • 4-5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communication, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, digital campaigns, and audience engagement techniques.
  • Proficient in both English and Vietnamese in terms of communication and writing skills.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and data-driven insights to refine and optimize social media strategies and content creation, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
