You are  passionate about marketing and excited to grow your career in one of Vietnam’s leading fintech companies. Zalopay is looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our marketing team and help drive the adoption of services like Airtime Top-up, Mobile Data (3G/4G), and Entertainment Cards.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful campaigns that reach millions of users.

What you will do 

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the Telco product line (Airtime, Data, and Entertainment Cards).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Content, Product, CRM, Media) to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance data; suggest ideas to improve effectiveness.
  • Help manage promotional offers, communication plans, and media assets.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to generate insights for the team.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help prepare campaign briefs, reports, and presentations.

Yêu cầu

What you will need 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships or project work in marketing is a plus).
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and growth strategies.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working with data and basic tools like Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with tech or fintech products is a plus, but not required
