Zalopay is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Executive to lead our user acquisition efforts through external (out-app) channels. This is a key role in scaling our user base by driving performance across paid media, affiliate, and referral campaigns, closely aligned with product launches and promotional initiatives. This role reports directly to the Associate Growth Manager and collaborates cross-functionally with product, business units, and other marketing leads to drive high-impact results
- Own and lead user acquisition strategies across external platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, Affiliate and others (Applovin, Ironsource, Mintegral, etc ... )
- Plan and execute always-on and seasonal campaigns, ensuring performance and efficiency
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and budget allocation to meet KPIs
- Collaborate with product and business teams to align acquisition with broader growth objectives
- Leverage market and user insights to shape strategy and uncover new growth opportunities
- Stay updated on fintech, digital trends, and consumer behaviors to inform campaign direction
Yêu cầu
- 3-5 years of experience in digital performance marketing, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, or apps with large user bases
- Strong command of Meta, Google, TikTok Ads, and affiliate marketing platforms
- Familiarity with Appsflyer, Firebase, Google Analytics or other attribution and analytics tools
- Proven ability to manage large acquisition budgets and deliver measurable results
- A collaborative, data-driven mindset with strong project management and communication skills
- Added Advantage:
- Experience with SEO/SEM or understanding of Vietnam's financial services market
- Basic skills in graphic design using tools like Canva or Photoshop is a big plus
