  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for the utilities & bill payment category on Zalopay
  • Collaborate with Product, Business, and Tech teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize key user journeys to maximize conversion and minimize drop-off
  • Monitor campaign and feature performance using data dashboards and reports; provide actionable insights to improve performance
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to deliver co-branded or incentive-based campaigns to acquire new users for Zalopay
  • Stay informed on market trends, user behavior, and digital payment innovations relevant to essential services.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager to support category growth

Yêu cầu

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and time management
  • Critical thinking and independent problem-solving
  • Solid grasp of user funnel metrics and growth levers
  • Basic product marketing knowledge (positioning, go-to-market, value proposition)
  • Familiarity with utilities and bill payment services is a plus.
  • Strong planning, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills
