Manage and Operate Online Sales Channels for Soundbox (Loa thông báo chuyển tiền) – Zalopay
  • Oversee and manage Soundbox's online sales channels (including Zalopay App, landing page, social media, and third-party platforms).
  • Handle order management: coordinate with Sales Operations and delivery partners to ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately.
  • Resolve operational issues and incidents to maintain high conversion rates and deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns to boost order volume and enhance product visibility.
  • Track and report on online sales performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
Develop and Build the OSC (Online Sales Channel) for SME Merchants
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to develop the operational workflow for the OSC sales channel.
  • Coordinate with other teams to create sales content, visuals, scripts, and materials tailored for the SME merchant segment.
  • Monitor channel performance and continuously optimize the sales process to drive revenue growth and improve the merchant experience.
* OSC is a platform that enables direct ordering and selling via social platforms (Zalo OA, Zalopay App, Facebook,…), allowing merchants to manage and fulfill orders quickly and efficiently.

Support Sales Operations
  • Monitor KPIs, track progress and assess the effectiveness of all sales channels.
  • Analyze sales data and propose improvements to enhance operational processes and boost sales performance.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
  • Experience in the e-wallet or banking industry, or a good understanding of online payments, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Experienced with Excel
