  • Answer questions from Customers about account game information, fanpage events, loyalty programs,...
  • Check and resolve complaints related to in-game issues, payment and ad-hoc cases for Customers.
  • Centralization, support other teams on game testing and taking other requests (support market research, event report,...)
  • Customer support channel: Via Messenger, Zalo, Zalo Official Account, CS Platforms,...

Yêu cầu

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English is a must.
  • Enjoys communicating, always eager to support, thoroughly solves problems, and helps customers feel the excellent support service, always prioritizes the customer.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, consulting, or customer engagement roles.
  • Able to work under pressure with a high volume of support tickets.
  • Honest, careful, proactive, eager to learn new knowledge, and good at solving problems
  • Willing to work in rotating shifts, including holidays and Tet.
  • Comfortable using computers and writing support responses clearly and effectively.
  • Equipped with a personal laptop/PC for remote night shifts, along with a quiet, secure, and distraction-free home working environment suitable for professional support.
  • A genuine love for games is essential.
