Mô tả công việc

  • Negotiate and convince partners (Ecommerce Key Accounts) to cooperate and integrate with Zalopay.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all merchants (MC) account matters.
  • Identify and plan for the growth among existing merchants. Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve MC performances via campaigns & initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage campaigns/ initiatives planned to achieve best performance needed.
  • Collaborate with Merchant Marketing team, Data analyst, Plan & Strategy, Product team to achieve KPIs while keeping our Merchant satisfied and engaged with Zalopay.

Yêu cầu

  • From 2 years experiences with Key Account roles, candidates who have background of Retail, , eCommerce will be a plus
  • Actively manage tasks, including:, Marketing Planning and Following up with execution ...
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork, high adaptability, self-motivation, and able to inspire others
