The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role requires a strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

1. Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities:
  • Being able to generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, etc.).
  • Qualify leads and manage them through the sales pipeline.
  • Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential banks, financial institution & partners, help foster long-term collaboration.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • (Senior) Act as a trusted advisor to clients.

2. Driving Sales Growth:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • (Senior) Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Collaborating with Internal Teams:
  • Address day-to-day challenges in partnership operations, cross teams collaborating to find solutions and keep initiatives on track as well as handle arising issues.
  • Support in preparing reports, tracking partnership metrics, and maintaining organized documentation related to bank & partner collaborations

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree in in Business/ Banking/ Finance. Any additional training in fintech or e-payment is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Development/ Partnerships/ Project Management role. Having knowledge in Fintech/ Banking/Digital Wallet/ Product owner is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.
