About the role:
Account Manager will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. They should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.

Account Manager will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. They should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Finding and approaching potential customers through social media channels, networking, telecommunications/IT conferences.
- Deploying business services in Network, System, Cloud... including demand consulting, sales, contract signing.
- Monitor and prepare periodic business reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually). Proposing business plans for each project and customer.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue target.
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
- Collaborative and dynamic teaming environment with Solution Consultant, Product Marketing Manager, Marketing, …to effectively manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle.
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
- Manage contract negotiations & ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other tasks are asigned by Line manager.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from University, major in Business Administration, Economics or relevant majors.
- At least 02 years of technology sales experiences or relevant business development experiences & in which 02 years of direct sales experiences in software/hardware or cloud solutions.
- A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large -scale technology deals
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in deadline-driven work environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written skills)
