The Social Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting our products globally through social media channels. This role covers end-to-end channel management: from content production and publishing to monitoring, reporting, and risk management. The position requires both creativity and analytical skills to ensure high-quality content, brand consistency, and measurable growth across regions.

Key Responsibilities:


Planning:
  • Research product features, audience behaviors, and platform trends in both local (Vietnam) and international markets.
  • Propose monthly or campaign-based social content plans aligned with product and marketing strategy.
  • Build content pillars and directional briefs based on insights and platform requirements.
Production Management:
  • Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, and cross-market teams to produce content that meets quality, timeline, and branding requirements.
  • Develop clear plan to engage with community members, encourage user-generated content, and empower them to become product ambassadors
  • Review and approve content at multiple stages (pre-production and final assets).
  • Supervise publishing schedules and monitor live content performance in real time.
  • Manage risks related to off-brand or culturally inappropriate content across markets.
Channel Management & Growth:
  • Track performance data across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, etc.) and generate regular reports.
  • Extract insights to evaluate content effectiveness and audience responses.
  • Monitor industry and platform trends worldwide to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to strategy, formats, and creative direction.
  • Support planning and hosting of online events (e.g., livestreams, challenges, minigames) to engage and grow the global player community.

Yêu cầu

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or community operations.
  • Familiarity with the Roblox platform, trends, and community culture is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in managing channels with organic viral content is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to track performance metrics and extract actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus (Arabic or Japanese).
  • Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for gaming and youth culture in international markets.
  • Open to relocation if required.
