Business Planning & Market Development
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to acquire targeted merchants and drive new user & GMV growth from Travel and Entertainment.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Design and implement go-to-market plans for new products, features, and partnership initiatives.
  • Explore and develop diversified revenue models (distribution, cross-selling, affiliate partnerships, co-branded campaigns, etc.) to maximize monetization.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with partners in Travel, Entertainment, and related industries.
  • Negotiate and close win-win deals, ensuring long-term strategic alignment and value creation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize partner onboarding, integration, and performance.
  • Drive co-branded promotions, lead-sharing initiatives, and joint campaigns with key partners.
Business Operations & Performance Optimization
  • Monitor and track all related business operation processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and analyze business reports, assess problems, and propose solutions to optimize performance.
  • Forecast, measure, and report on the results of projects, partnerships, and campaigns.
  • Ensure scalability of operations and maximize all business opportunities.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, or Finance.
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Travel, Entertainment, or Tech industries.
  • Strong market research and go-to-market strategy skills with proven experience in launching and scaling business initiatives.
  • Good teamwork, progressive mindset, and dedication to results.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and business model innovation.
  • Proven track record in diversifying revenue streams and implementing new monetization models.
  • Ability to adapt to new company initiatives with flexibility and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Existing network/relationships in the Entertainment industry is a strong plus.
  • Prefer candidates with experience in Fintech, e-Commerce, or Tech ecosystem.
