As a Content Marketing Executive, you'll be a key member of the content team, responsible for creating engaging and innovative marketing content for our game, in the genre of Brawl vs Action, Midcore game, to reach targeted players across markets. You'll work closely with the Marketing Lead to implement the overall content strategy, contributing to strong brand building and player acquisition.

I. Content Planning:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Content Plan and Marketing Content Checklists aligned with the overall marketing roadmap and upcoming product updates.
  • Translate game updates into compelling content that excites and informs the player community.
  • Define a comprehensive content plan that equips all teams with the direction needed to independently develop detailed checklists for their respective deliverables
II. Content Management & Distribution:
  • QC and manage content production from service teams, ensuring the content will align with Content Direction.
  • Ensure content quality and brand voice consistency across all internal and external production teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to distribute and amplify content via official channels, PR, and KOLs/Influencers.
III. Report & Optimization:
  • Track and analyze content performance across all channels to generate actionable insights.
  • Report on key metrics and implement data-driven optimizations to improve engagement and reach

Yêu cầu

Must-Haves:

  • 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (especially TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and their respective audiences.
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about building social channels
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams and streamline complex content workflows

Good-to-Haves (Big Plus)

  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop for simple image editing and Premiere Pro for basic video cutting
  • The ability to read and understand Korean documents is a significant advantage for quickly accessing and localizing product information.
